The printed Cotton Flannel Fabric C 20x10 40x42 57/8" 150gsm one side brushed is a typical printed flannel fabric for kids wear. we make reactive dyes to print to keep the fabric soft. One side raising is to keep it warm, it is a little cheaper than two sides flannel, but can meet some users diferrent requirement to make different types of flannel fabric. Most designs are cartoon designs to suitable baby wear, kid's toys, kids textiles craft, wiping cloth etc. Our printed cotton flannel fabric is 100 pct AZO free.

The yarns we adopting of our printed flannel fabric are brandnew cotton material of OE type, all material comes from Xinjiang Cotton Base. OE yarn can make better raising effect than RS yarn. Weaving looms we use shuttle looms and rapier looms in order to break down the final cost, so the price will be much competitive for clients. We make printing flannel fabric with high-precesion rotary screen printing machines, All dyestuffs are environmental dyes. Such printing flannel fabric is suitable for making garments, linning and Home textile etc.
