1. Are you manufacturer?
We have our own greige fabric mill , dye and print fabrics in our more-than-10-years-cooperated dyeing and printing mill.
We can control the greige fabric quality at the very beginning.We have professional QA team with rich fabric experience to
guarantee dyeing and printing processes.
2. Can we get sample free of charge?
Yes, we will provide swatch sample ( size approx. 18 cm*20 cm ) and hanger sample ( approx. 30 cm*45 cm ) free.
Hope you can pay the delivery cost.
When place bulk order, we can return back the delivery cost.
3. We need customized colors, can be see what the color look like in the fabric we wanted?
Solid dyed fabric, we can make lab-dip in your required colors for color checking.
Print Fabric, we can make strike-off sample with your required designs and colors.
Yarn Dyed Fabric, we can make handloom sample with your designs and colors.
4. We need meters to make apparel sample, is it okay?
Yes.
if you choose our fabric, and we have ready yardages, we will send.
if you need customized fabric, we can develop 20-30 meters/yds based on customized colors and designs.
5. How long will it take to make yardage development, like 20 yards
- Solid Dyed Fabric
If it is regular fabric and we have greige fabric available, 10-15 days
if need to weave fabric first, 20-30 days based on fabric type
- Printed fabric
if it is regular fabric and we have greige fabric available, 15-20 days
if need to weave fabric first, 20-30 days based on fabric type
- Yarn Dyed Fabric
20-25 days
6. MOQ.
knitting fabric - 400 KG/col
Woven Fabric - 3000 yds/col
if less, like 100 yds, 500 yds, 1000 yds and so on, we can produce as well, just price difference.
the more the quantity is, the cheaper the price is.
